We charge by the hour. Labor is billed at $65 per craftsman hour for both handyman and remodeling projects.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM LABOR CHARGE?
Yes, we have a 1-hour minimum on labor, which is $50.
HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR MATERIALS?
We do not mark up the materials that we purchase for our services, as our labor rate is applicable for the time required to purchase and deliver those materials. Whatever amount we pay for the materials used on your project, that is the amount we charge you.
